Daddy's Barn...

My Dad's barn isn't there anymore, but my memories of the interesting, arched structure built in 1952 haven't changed...
Seeing this photo reminds me of Daddy always saying he was "looking forward to the 1st of March"
about this time of year...not only as a respite from the cold...to him, March first meant the time to start planting his crops
and green grass in the pastures for the cattle, instead of their winter diet of hay...
